Project Dashboard
Go to Analytics or Dashboard.
Click “Add Card” to open the card selection window.
Select a predefined chart like:
Overdue Tasks by User
Tasks Completed This Week
Tasks by Assignee Due This Week
Time in Custom Field
To create a custom chart, click “Add Custom Chart” and configure:
Metric Type (Tasks, Time Tracking, Budget, etc.)
Filters (By User, Date, Project, etc.)
Chart Type (Bar, Line, Pie, etc.)
Click Save, and the chart will appear on your dashboard.
The data in SmartTask's custom charts and reports auto-updates in real time.
Whenever tasks, time tracking, budgets, or other project elements are modified, the corresponding dashboard cards and reports update automatically. You don’t need to refresh or manually update them.
