Creating first Tasks
Lets create first tasks in SmartTask.
Timeline based execution is core to project success. What does your team need to accomplish today? This week? Next Week? Create work breakdown in terms of tasks for the entire project. Simply click on the 'Add Task' button at the top in Tasklist View.

Once you have added a task the second most important thing is adding followers. Similar to CC in an email we would add relevant persons as followers to a task. Followers would get an immediate notification in case of a comment or update in the task.
Task visibility: Task is visible to all followers, project members and administrators. Tip: If a task is related to a particular project make sure that project is added to the task.
