Once you have added a task the second most important thing is adding followers. Similar to CC in an email we would add relevant persons as followers to a task. Followers would get an immediate notification in case of a comment or update in the task.
Task visibility: Task is visible to all followers, project members and administrators.
Tip: If a task is related to a particular project make sure that project is added to the task.
