Groups are the 2nd layer in the SmartTask's organization structure. Group permission settings affect who can view public projects and members in the group.
If somebody is part of the group, they can and should have complete access to public projects in the group.
There are two types of groups, public and private. Public groups is accessible to all organization's core members. Private group is only accessible to members who have been explicitly invited.
A guest user if invited to a group would be able to access public projects. We highly recommend inviting guest to a project instead, in which case the guest would only be able to access that particular project.
Only the organization and group administrators can:
Delete group
Have full control over projects in the group
