# Karma Points

### How does Karma works?

Karma Points is a feature designed to recognize and appreciate contributions across your organization. It helps highlight great work that might otherwise go unnoticed and fosters a culture of appreciation, motivation, and engagement. 

Team members can earn points for their efforts and redeem them for rewards defined by the organization.

### How Karma Points Work

Team members earn Karma Points based on their contributions, such as:

1. Completing tasks or
2. When their efforts are recognized by their colleagues. For eg: going above and beyond for the organization or a team-member.

These points accumulate over time and can be redeemed for rewards.
