# Rewards

Rewards make recognition tangible and motivating. Organizations can set up a variety of rewards that employees can redeem using their Karma Points.

Some common examples include:

* Movie Ticket
* Sponsored Lunch or Dinner
* Work From Home Day
* Sponsored Outing
* Premium Tech Upgrade
* Paid Vacation

Each reward is assigned a point value, allowing employees to choose based on their available balance.

#### How to Create a Reward

1. **Open “Create Reward”**
   * Go to the Rewards/Karma Points section.
   * Click on **Create Reward**.
2. **Fill in the details**
   * **Name** → Enter the reward name\*(Example: Amazon Voucher, Extra Leave, Lunch Treat)\*
   * **Icon URL** → Add an icon (optional but recommended for better visibility)
   * **Price in coins** → Set how many karma points are needed to redeem this reward\*(Example: 500 coins)\*
   * **Description** → Briefly explain what the reward includes\*(Example: ₹500 Amazon gift voucher)\*
3. **Save the reward**
   * Click on **Save**
   * Your reward will now be available for team members to redeem
