# Leaderboard

The Leaderboard highlights top contributors and encourages healthy recognition across teams.

You can view rankings based on:

* **Karma Received** (top performers)
* **Karma Given** (most active recognizers)

Filters help refine results by:

* Groups
* Users
* Given by users
* Category
* Date range

This enables better visibility into team engagement and performance.
